WHEN USING QubexCode FOR IT SERVICES, RECRUITMENT, OR CONSULTING, PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. BUYING IT SERVICES AND/OR RECRUITMENT SUBSCRIPTION INDICATES FULL ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS.
A legal agreement between you and QubexCode (the "Company," "we," or "us") contains the following terms. You accept that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms for IT and Recruitment services, in their entirety, as well as to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, by purchasing Recruitment and/or IT services from the Company or any other Services/property held by the Company.
If you violate these Terms of Service, the company has the right to immediately stop allowing you to access our services. You are not permitted to access or use our services if you disagree with these Terms of Service. To utilize our services, you have to be at least eighteen years old.
You accept these Terms and Conditions, which may be updated from time to time in the Company's sole discretion, by using the IT and/or Recruitment Services (described below) offered by the Company. Kindly carefully read these terms and conditions. As a customer, you consent to be bound by these terms and conditions, which include all payment terms, for the present services as well as any future services you may contract with the company (collectively, the Agreement). "You" and "“your" refer to the Client in this Agreement.
You consent to these Terms and Conditions binding all of your agents, representatives, employees, and other persons or entities acting on your behalf concerning the use of the IT and/or Recruitment Services. You further acknowledge that these Terms and Conditions apply to you whether you are operating on behalf of a third party, such as another Client, or on your behalf.
The Terms of Service are subject to change at any moment by us. All modifications take effect right away upon posting. Once the updated Terms of Service are posted, you must continue using our services to indicate that you understand and agree to the modifications.
QubexCode services are sold subject to a rigorous no-refund policy.QubexCode charges non-refundable fees and does not offer credits or refunds for memberships that are partially or not used at all. You remain liable for any costs associated with your subscription even if you register for a service but never use it. We are not obligated to offer a refund or credit if QubexCode decides, at its sole discretion, to do so in the future. If QubexCode decides to issue a refund or credit, the precise amount will be decided at its sole discretion. Please email support@qubexcode.com with any queries or worries you may have regarding our return policy.
Let's say you decide at any point after a free trial or discounted period ends that you would like to cancel any QubexCode subscription. If that's the case, you need to send us a cancellation request by email at support@qubexcode.com We demand at least ten (10) days’ notice via email for cancellations of monthly subscriptions. Your credit card can still be charged if you give this notice less than ten (10) days before the start of the following subscription month. You won't be eligible for a prorated refund for the usage you completed in the previous month or for any reimbursement for the money you paid to QubexCode. We also need at least ten (10) days' email notice of cancellation for annual subscriptions. Your credit card can still be charged if you give this notice less than ten (10) days before the start of your subsequent membership year. You will not be eligible for a refund if you cancel before the end of the year. At its sole discretion, QubexCode may impose a cancellation fee equivalent to the amount that was subtracted from the membership price.
